GANNI's 'Bliss' skirt is made from layers of frothy pastel-yellow tulle that's hand-embroidered with hundreds of tiny anise flowers - the petals are crafted from beads for a raised effect. It's fitted with a striped grosgrain waistband and has a gathered floor-sweeping hem.
