Afashionistastore — 14-Day Return Policy

You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days, starting the day after you receive your item, without giving a reason.

To request a return, email afashionistastore@gmail.com with your order number or proof of purchase and details of the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please send your items back within 14 days after notifying us.

Condition of returned items

Please return items in the condition received, together with any tags, accessories and packaging supplied, where possible. You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop, but it should not be worn or used beyond what is necessary to assess it.

Pre-owned items are assessed against their condition when sold. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount reflecting a reduction in value caused by excessive handling, use or damage. 

Beauty products

No returns or refunds on beauty products.

Sale items

Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as full-price items.

Return postage

You are responsible for return postage when returning an item because you have changed your mind. We recommend keeping proof of posting.

Damages and issues

Please contact afashionistastore@gmail.com promptly if your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrect or does not match its description. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, including covering reasonable return postage where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a separate order for the replacement you would like.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, we will issue your refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed. When you cancel your entire order, we will also refund the standard outward delivery charge. Additional charges for an upgraded delivery service are not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.
